By driving the central shaft rotation through the double belt modular structure, the top of shaft is connected to the star rack, roller and star rack is installed to dynamic grinding system, and form the swinging pivot. In the star rack rotating, the roller is subjected to centrifugar force to press the outer ring, forming a complete sets of grinding combination, the roller is rotated by friction force when roller is in revolution orbit around the ring. Fit shovel knife system, which is located in forward and below of roller, threw the material to feed into the area between roller and ring and formed material layer in the running, the material is crushed by the layer produced extrusion and friction, to achieve the crushing purpose .

1.Sit type installation, The height above ground is by 50% compare with traditional grinding machine. reduce the workshop height, saving investment, and more advantageous maintenance.

2.Roller bearing seal is new type, has realized the maintenance free, grease free, no powder into bearing, greatly reduce maintenance costs.

3.Classifying chamber is adopted suspension structure, can be automatically lift and shift, reduce the resonance and noise, improve the maintenance convenience .

4.Innovative design of roller and ring, optimized the occlusion method of circular arc, compare with traditional Raymond mill, reducing the material failing speed through the grinding area, prolonged the grinding time, both broad feed size and superfine grinding function, the fineness can be reached d90:10μm .

5.Cyclone tangertial inlet air, make the material is vortex rising state inside of grinding and classifying chamber, more advantageous to extract the coarse powder, reduce the power consumption of fan.

6.The system is running under the negative pressure, no positive pressure area, production environment is extremely fine, dust emission concentration is superior to the national standard which is ≤30mg/m3.

7.Air classifier is adopted the German technology, can make the motor speed reduce by 50% for classifying same size, improve the service life of bearing and reduce the abrasion of classifier turbine, extended the replacement cycle, equipped with structure of secondary air, and adopted the way of wind grate into wind, non-wear. By adjust the combination of the frequency inverter and secondary air, can make the classifying efficiency improved by 5-20%, particle size distribution is more narrow.
